When a user pressed a custom button, the system would automatically pull the required data from relevant modules and generate a fully formatted document in Zoho Writer. The document was then attached to the respective records within the CRM and automatically sent via email to the designated recipients, including drivers, warehouses, and shipping companies. The automation ensured that every party involved in the logistics chain received the correct documentation on time, streamlining communication and improving overall efficiency.
