Implementation
ZillTech developed a Zoho Creator application designed to centralize and streamline the registration process for GA Tax Lien Bootcamp. The application captured leads from multiple landing pages and automatically sent confirmation emails upon registration. A key feature of the app was its integration with Zoom webinars via API, which allowed the system to automatically fetch registrants daily through a scheduler that ran in the background.
To enhance data quality, automation was set up to format registrants names and phone numbers correctly. Additionally, the app was integrated with Zoho Checkout, allowing sales agents to register attendees and apply discount coupons directly during the payment process.
Results
